“The 1:1 course is legitimately fan-bloody-tastic! I’d never done any sort of woodworking lessons before (I learnt mostly from Youtube and trial and error) and was kinda nervous I didn’t actually have the skills to pay the lumbar bills - but Sam is so encouraging and constantly builds you up, so it feels less like a course and more like hanging out with a mate and making stuff… but you are constantly soaking up some serious knowledge the whole time. I got to play with new machines, learn new techniques, wood theory and some banging tips and tricks. Plus you go home with a new piece of gorgeous furniture for your gaff - what’s not to love?? If you’re umming and ahhhing about going on the course, I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. So stop thinking about it and get one of those dates nabbed before they’re all booked up!”
